Beautiful large apartment and bedroom. Everything included hairdryer, iron & ironing board, shower gel, body lotion, conditioner. Shower room and toilet are separate rooms so good if sharing the apartment with friends. Clean towels everyday. Mini bar and room service for extra fee. The bed was queen size and really comfortable. All the staff were extremely helpful and happy. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and a mini market just across the road. A lovely buffet breakfast for a small extra fee (the best cappuccino). If I ever return to Prague I will definitely be staying here.

The hotel was very close to Old Town Prague, walking distance to major tourist attractions, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Easy access to transport for tourist attractions that are a little further away. The reception staff were excellent. We arrived 5 minutes before reception closing time due to road works delays in neighbouring country but reception were so good and very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was included in our hotel stay and it was perfect, with a large range to choose from. Parking was available in a parking lot a little further away from the hotel but it was secure and we left our car there for the duration of our stay and walked around town easily.

We loved everything about the hotel and Prague. The people at the hotel were soo nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the room was comfortable with a hot shower, air conditioning, and nice beds. Thank you for everything! We loved our time in Prague, such a beautiful and fun city! The airport is 30 minutes from Downtown by bus. Our flight was canceled from Milan due to a strike in Italy, but we were able to take a 13-hour bus ride, we were so grateful for an early check-in. The bus and metro are 15 minutes walk from the place. Also, most of the sights are a walking distance.

Room was lovely - great size with great facilities. The garden was great for getting together with my friends. Location was great - close enough to walk into town but quiet in the evenings. Receptionists couldn't do enough for us - they were brilliant. Breakfast goo - nice and various.

Alfons Hotel is a stylish, immaculately kept, superbly situated gem in central Prague. Only 10/15 mins walk from Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and lots of other ‘must sees’. The accommodation is supremely comfortable and they have thought of everything to make your stay a most pleasant one. There is even some secure underground parking available nearby. The two members of staff I encountered at reception could not have been more friendly or helpful. I would not hesitate in giving Alfons the highest recommendation.

Elegant new hotel, 20 min walk from Vaclavske Namesti. very nicely restored old building located in the elegant old neighborhood of Vinohrady. Big room with kitchenette. Very comfy bed. Good price for the standard.

Easy to check-in online. Very helpful staff especially at reception..very cordial and ever-smiling. Room was very good, with balcony. Lots of veg options in breakfast - a special thanks to the staff for catering to our request for veg options. Room was big enough. Very close to I P Pavlova station...maybe 2-3 mins walk to the metro/ tram. About 30 mins to and from airport by taxi.

Lady at the reception was more than helpful. Small and comfy hotel in a good location. Close enough to walk to the town centre and not too close to avoid loud. Breakfast very good. Coffee very tasty. We rent a parking space for 2 nights, which costed in total around 50 euro. Parking was small and like 100 meters from Alfons hotel and it was quit funny to use a lift while we were sitting in the car as our parking space was on -1. I absolutely recoment this place for a visit in Prague.

I liked the room's and the hotel's design, the position of the hotel (better if you take subway to Muzeum station and then change on the red line and go to Pavlova, it's the closest- 2 min walk to the hotel), the way the staff communicated with us (Marcela is the employee of the year, she's very sociable, always smiling, eager to help) and i liked that they pay attention to details: it was my husband's b-day(which they saw in the check-in details we provided ahead) and they decorated the room with balloons and a Happy b-day message! How sweet!

My partner and I were very happy with everything. The location was very good, in a very pretty neighbourhood, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel was comfortable and clean, with everything that we needed. The breakfast was also great, with lost of options to choose from. The staff was amazing and super helpful (Thank you Marcela!!). Next time I'm in Prague, I'll definitely stay there.
